If you’re still waiting for one or more of your clients to fill out a NAQ in the old Nutri-Q then you should wait at least 1 full day after they have completed the NAQ before migrating that particular client. We are taking snapshots of the old Nutri-Q data once every 24 hours so you should wait a full day to make sure that NAQ is in there. You can still migrate any of your other clients that had finished filling out their NAQs more than a day ago. If you accidentally migrate a client and they complete a NAQ in the old system after the migration please reach out to [email protected]
You’ll still be able to access their NAQ in the old system and we’ll be able to help you migrate it over to the new Nutri-Q.
